Adele (3) Week Of November 28, 2015

Adele (3) Week Of November 28, 2015:
This week was a lot worse than last week. I mean our exit is better than our debut and we have a crappy biggest jump. This week wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Weekend countdowns should not climb a huge step back down. Before we get to this week's fresh 45 here is the song we're saying goodbye to:

Biggest DROP!!!... Of The Week: Hozier – Someone New (–19)

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Rudimental/Ed Sheeran – Lay It All On Me (+16)

New Entrants:
Rachel Platten - Stand By You is our only debut this weekend and I'm not really happy about it. I've actually lost interest in this song a little bit. I really think it's good, but not great. It may grow on me very soon. Let's see how far this one goes.

Blurb By You:
• Out of all the 6 debuts we had last week, the worst one had to have the biggest jump this week. Words cannot describe how annoying that is.

• On the other hand, I'm very happy about the biggest drop since it was the biggest jump last week.

• I really don't want Little Mix - Black Magic to be hitting new peaks because I'm annoyed by it.

• I'm 90% sure that Twenty One Pilots - Tear In My Heart and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis/Eric Nally - Downtown will both leave next week but we will see.

• Thank you Hits 1 for not putting Ed Sheeran - Thinking Out Loud in the top 30 this week. Now, it's at #31 so I want that song to leave because of that number next week.

• Rachel Platten - Stand By You has been the last eligible song for the top 45 of 2015. Since this is the cutoff date, songs that debut after that aren't on the list.

• Adam Lambert - Ghost Town needs to leave the countdown before I hate it.

• Alessia Cara - Here and 5 Seconds Of Summer - Hey Everybody! debuted at the same week. They're already both old and they also both held their spots from last week.

• I'm fine with Halsey - New Americana dropping on its 2nd week.

• Twenty One Pilots - Tear In My Heart had no AirPlay for a 2nd week in a row and it still didn't leave the countdown.

• Jason Derulo - Want To Want Me is like long gone from the American Top 40 already. I just want this song to leave the countdown so that I could be happy.

• This week's countdown was a lot worse than last week's.

Most Missed Song: Ariana Grande - One Last Time

Countdown Grade: C-

Top 5 Picks:
1. Fifth Harmony - Worth It
2. R. City/Adam Levine - Locked Away
3. One Direction - Drag Me Down
4. Selena Gomez - Same Old Love
5. Ariana Grande - Focus

  1. Worth It is old in my opinion but I still enjoy it and will not get sick of it. Same for Uma Thurman, Want To Want Me, and Thinking Out Loud.
