Adele (3) Week Of November 28, 2015

Adele (3) Week Of November 28, 2015:
This week was a lot worse than last week. I mean our exit is better than our debut and we have a crappy biggest jump. This week wasn't bad but it wasn't good either. Biggest DROP!!!... Of The Week: Hozier – Someone New (–19)

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Rudimental/Ed Sheeran – Lay It All On Me (+16)

New Entrants:
Rachel Platten - Stand By You is our only debut this weekend and I'm not really happy about it. I've actually lost interest in this song a little bit. I really think it's good, but not great. It may grow on me very soon. Let's see how far this one goes.

Blurb By You:
• Out of all the 6 debuts we had last week, the worst one had to have the biggest jump this week. Words cannot describe how annoying that is.

• On the other hand, I'm very happy about the biggest drop since it was the biggest jump last week.

• I really don't want Little Mix - Black Magic to be hitting new peaks because I'm annoyed by it.

• I'm 90% sure that Twenty One Pilots - Tear In My Heart and Macklemore & Ryan Lewis/Eric Nally - Downtown will both leave next week but we will see.

• Thank you Hits 1 for not putting Ed Sheeran - Thinking Out Loud in the top 30 this week. Now, it's at #31 so I want that song to leave because of that number next week.

• Rachel Platten - Stand By You has been the last eligible song for the top 45 of 2015. Since this is the cutoff date, songs that debut after that aren't on the list.

• Adam Lambert - Ghost Town needs to leave the countdown before I hate it.

• Alessia Cara - Here and 5 Seconds Of Summer - Hey Everybody! debuted at the same week. They're already both old and they also both held their spots from last week.

• I'm fine with Halsey - New Americana dropping on its 2nd week.

• Twenty One Pilots - Tear In My Heart had no AirPlay for a 2nd week in a row and it still didn't leave the countdown.

• Jason Derulo - Want To Want Me is like long gone from the American Top 40 already. I just want this song to leave the countdown so that I could be happy.

• This week's countdown was a lot worse than last week's.

Most Missed Song: Ariana Grande - One Last Time

Countdown Grade: C-

Top 5 Picks:
1. Fifth Harmony - Worth It
2. R. City/Adam Levine - Locked Away
3. One Direction - Drag Me Down
4. Selena Gomez - Same Old Love
5. Ariana Grande - Focus

Random

The fact that I have a nice dream about you but I'm still not over it now.

I just want to go to sleep in my room and the first half of the day before I have to go back.

I'm so excited to be a great day for the rest of my friends.

Happy Thanksgiving!
🐓

End Of Year Voting

Hi guys. Since it's almost the end of 2015, I decided to make you guys vote for songs that you like in 2015. Put in in the poll of songs but they have to be on the weekend countdown at least 1 week in 2015. Songs that debut in December will not be on the poll because they debuted too late in the year. The 45 songs with the most votes will be in the top 45 songs of the year based on your votes. Yes, you can vote for more than 1 song and have good luck. Commenting on this page for specific songs counts too but they have to be on this page. Is has to be a real song so don't type songs with random names that you don't know because I would not know them either.

  2. One Direction – Drag Me Down (#2) [1 Week At #1] yes
  1. Adele – Hello (#1) [2nd Week At #1] yes
*The reason why I put no is because this song in the bottom 5 is unacceptable and it needs to jump bigger.

#1 Song This Week One Year Ago: Taylor Swift – Shake It Off

Biggest DROP!!!... Of The Week: Adam Lambert – Ghost Town (–16)

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Hozier – Someone New (+13)

New Entrants:
• We'll go from worst to best out of all the new entrants. Rudimental is back with someone who's worse than John Newman, Ed Sheeran. I'm definitely not a fan of Ed Sheeran and most of his music sucks. Lay It All On Me is definitely their worst song to date. I hope that this song doesn't go any far on the countdown.

• Next, we have Sam Hunt - House Party which is not his current hit. I'm already sick of it and his current hit is Break Up In A Small Town. I don't think that this song will go very far in the countdown. Hits 1 doesn't know how to track out their current hits.

• Now we have a song by Halsey called New Americana. It doesn't reach the height of Ghost. This song is actually mediocre in my opinion. It may grow on me or lose interest on me. We'll see.

• Florida is back with My House which is a really catchy tune. Comparing them to his other hits from the same album, it's not as good as GDFR but it is better than I Don't Like It, I Love It. It's great but I don't think it'll be very long before I'll get sick of it.

• Justin Bieber - Sorry doesn't reach the height of What Do You Mean? but it's still really good. I'm a big fan of Justin Bieber and I'll hope that this song will go far on the countdown. It better not be another What Do You Mean? leaving the countdown way too early and re-enter to just leave again.

• I saved the best for last and my best is Ariana Grande - Focus. I'm really concerned that the guy singing f-f-f-f-f-focus makes it the loud version of Problem. This song isn't as good as Problem, Break Free, or One Last Time, but it's definitely better than Love Me Harder. I may get sick of it but we'll see what'll happen.

Hit-Bound
~ Here is the Hit-Bound list:
  • Charlie Puth – One Call Away no
  • Coldplay – Adventure Of A Lifetime no
  • MØ – Kamikaze no
  • The Vamps – Wake Up (Debut) yes
  • Shawn Mendes/Camila Cabello – I Know What You Did Last (Debut) Summer yes
  • Tove Lo – Moments  no
  • Conrad Sewell – Hold Me Up yes
  • Adele – When We Were Young (Debut) yes
  • Rachel Platten – Stand By You no
  • Gwen Stefani – Used To Love You (Debut) yes
  • Jacob Whitesides – Secrets yes
  • The Weeknd – In The Night no
  • Adam Lambert – Another Lonely Night (Debut) yes
  • Nathaniel Rateliff & The Night Sweat – S.O.B. (Debut) yes
  • DNCE – Cake By The Ocean no
Top 5 HitBound:
1. Shawn Mendes/Camila Cabello - I Know What You Did Last Summer
2. Gwen Stefani - Used To Love You
3. Adam Lambert - Another Lonely Night
4. Tove Lo - Moments
5. Coldplay - Adventure Of A Lifetime

Blurb It All On Me
• The Biggest Jump Of The Week is just unacceptable and I'm actually annoyed by it.

• Neither Justin Bieber - What Do You Mean? not Twenty One Pilots - Tear In My Heart aired this week and they're still here.

• Ed Sheeran - Thinking Out Loud and Jason Derulo - Want To Want Me both should leave next week because it's ridiculous how they're still in here.

• What was weird about this week was that last week's #20, 19, and 18 were this week's #18, 17, and 16 respectively while last week's #16, 15 and 14 became this week's #15, 14 and 13.

• This was our first 6 DTHNOB week since which seemed like forever that we have a good week.
* When I mean it seemed like forever means that it was since December 13, 2014 which was almost a year ago.

• By the fact that Taylor Swift - Bad Blood and Wiz Khalifa/Charlie Puth - See You Again  are still on the countdown makes me pissed. I don't know who is still voting for those 2 songs because they're both old.

• Speaking of old songs, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis/Eric Nally - Downtown is still here when I thought it would leave this week but I absolutely hate that song so please leave soon.

• Thank you America for letting Ecosmith - Let's Love leave the countdown for a 2nd time because it's the worst Ecosmith song I've ever heard.

• Walk The Moon - Shut Up And Dance made a ridiculous jump back to the top 5 like WTF Hits 1?

• The reason why 5 Seconds Of Summer - Hey Everybody is in yellow is because this song is basically a copy of She's Kinda Hot.

• Both Walk The Moon - Different Colors and Omi - Hula Hoop leaving is just unacceptable. Those 2 songs should've stayed in the countdown longer and not take early exits.

• Demi Lovato - Cool For The Summer has aired a lot this week so I was surprised that it left.

• Both of the Ed Sheeran songs held their spots from last week.

• I'm so glad that Fifth Harmony - Worth It is still on the countdown.

• How did Ed Sheeran - Thinking Out Loud survive in a 6 DTHNOB week?

Hello!

Here's my blog.
Color Code:
Purple - Best song on the countdown.
Green - Great/Good song.
Pink - Song's close to getting old.
Blue - Good/Okay song.
Yellow - Song was good but it got old.
Turquoise - Song is extremely old and it must leave on time or else I'll absolutely hate it.
Red - Bad/Terrible song.
Orange - Worst song on the countdown.
Ugly Green - No opinion on the song.
I will post the countdown in some weeks and hitbound in some of the countdown posts. They will be released during Saturday or Sunday and I have coded the songs to know my opinion of each of the songs.

The numbers before the song leaving was the order in which Spyder Harrison announces them.
