#1 Song This Week One Year Ago: Zedd/Maren Morris/Grey – The Middle (5)

Biggest DROP!!!... Of The Week: Meghan Trainor – All The Ways (–16)
Biggest Jump Of The Week: Austin Brown – In Betweenin' (+18)

New Entrants:
Lizzo - Juice sucks. She cannot sing at all. The production is pretty decent though. She really needs to have a better voice. However, this may grow on me, we will just have to wait and see.

Am I the only one to like Ally Broke - Low Key? She is a great singer. I love all the Fifth Harmony girls. I seriously do not get all the hate of this song at all. It definitely deserves better though.

Bebe Rexha - Last Hurrah isn’t as good as I’m A Mess or Meant To Be but her voice is pretty deep. As I never got even sick of IAM or MTB, this song is more likely. But it may stick around with me for a while before I get sick of it.

HitBound:
  • Kygo/Valerie Broussard – Think About You
  • lovelytheband – Maybe, I'm Afraid
  • Jordan McGraw – Flexible (DEBUT)
  • Ariana Grande – Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored
  • Panic! At The Disco – Dancing's Not A Crime
  • Avril Lavigne/Nicki Minaj – Dumb Blonde
  • Ciara – Thinkin Bout You
  • Billie Eilish – Bury A Friend
  • Jonas Brothers – Cool (DEBUT)
  • MAX/Quin XCII – Love Me Less (DEBUT)
  • Marshmello/CHVRCHES – Here With Me
  • Ava Max – So Am I
  • FLETCHER – Undrunk
  • Louis Tomlinson – Two Of Us
  • NOTD/Felix Jaehn/Captain Cuts/Georgia Ku – So Close
Flexible is bland, Cool is a step down from Sucker but still good, and I find Love Me Less a mess.
Top 5 HitBound:
  1. Ariana Grande - Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I’m Bored
  2. Louis Tomlinson - Two Of Us
  3. Marshmello/CHVRCHES - Here With Me
  4. Avril Lavigne/Nicki Minaj - Dumb Blonde
  5. FLETCHER - Undrunk

Last Blurbah:
Ava Max - Sweet But Psycho is look forward to hitting #1. Can we not?

I’m very annoyed that Meghan Trainor - All The Ways dropped 16 spots all the way down to #39. I seriously don’t know why this song is even flopping. It’s amazing at it needs to stay longer.

I’m starting to think that Lady Gaga - Shallow is somewhat tolerable. Just not tolerable enough to leave the red zone.

Cardi B/Bruno Mars - Please Me is now becoming less of a decent song and gets less interesting after each listen.

Since Kelsy Karter - Harry left, it was a close call between Halsey - Without Me and Panic! At The Disco - High Hopes. Without Me is a bit worse.

It looks like The Chainsmokers/5 Seconds Of Summer - Who Do You Love may be taking the #1 spot. I’ve lost interest in this song. It’s nowhere near as good as it used to be.

Post Malone - Wow is back to a bad song. I just don’t get the appeal for this song at all.

Ariana Grande - Thank U, Next has been really getting on my nerves already so can it just leave soon?

God why does Benny Blanco/Halsey/Khalid - Eastside have to be jumping. I thought I would’ve never even hated this song but it’s really annoying. I’m really sick of it at the moment.

As far as the exits go, thank God Kelsy Karter - Harry finally left us after 2 weeks. This song is locked into my bottom 5 songs of 2019. Maroon 5 - Girls Like You could’ve been the worst song if it was still here. It’s really old and getting on my nerves. I can’t be more proud of this song leaving. I don’t know if I’m ever growing back into that song again. The only exit that saddened me is Zedd/Katy Perry - 365. As Zedd is going generic, I actually like this. It’s not that great and Katy did well. Nevertheless, it was a pretty good class of exits.

Biggest DROP!!!... Of The Week: Anne-Marie – 2002 (–9)

Biggest Jump Of The Week: Lady Gaga/Bradley Cooper – Shallow (+21)

New Entrants:
I hold the unpopular opinion for liking Austin Brown - In Betweenin’. He does sound like a kid though but he’s only 16. He’s growing up. TBH, I like some songs where the singer sounds like a kid unlike others that don’t. I wonder how this song is going to do on the countdown. Probably not very long.

After What About Us, P!nk is back with Walk Me Home. It’s definitely a step up from What About Us but it doesn’t top her best songs like Blow Me (One Last Kiss) and So What. She definitely does have some downs as well. But yeah, it won’t probably be too long before I get sick of this song.

Best Debut: Austin Brown - In Betweenin’

HitBound
  • Bebe Rexha – Last Hurrah
  • Marshmello/CHVRCHES – Here With Me
  • Louis Tomlinson – Two Of Us
  • Billie Eilish – Bury A Friend
  • NOTD/Felix Jaehn/Captain Cuts/Georgia Ku – So Close
  • Panic! At The Disco – Dancing's Not A Crime
  • Ciara – Thinkin Bout You (DEBUT)
  • lovelytheband – Maybe, I'm Afraid
  • Ally Brooke – Low Key
  • Ava Max – So Am I
  • Lizzo – Juice (DEBUT)
  • FLETCHER – Undrunk
  • Ariana Grande – Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored
  • Avril Lavigne/Nicki Minaj – Dumb Blonde
  • Kygo/Valerie Broussard – Think About You
Thinkin Bout You is definitely better than Ciara’s other songs but for Juice I seriously don’t get the good about this song.

Top 5 HitBound:
  1. Ariana Grande - Break Up With Your Girlfriend, I'm Bored
  2. Bebe Rexha - Last Hurrah
  3. Ally Brooke - Low Key
  4. Louis Tomlinson - Two Of Us
  5. Marshmello/Chvrches - Here With Me

In Blurbing:
I’m very happy about Ariana Grande - 7 Rings reentering the top 10. Hopefully, this song will be more successful than Thank U, Next.

Speaking of Thank U, Next, it took a deserving drop out of the top 30. As the song’s not too old, it had its time on the countdown. I just hope it leaves soon.

Lady Gaga/Bradley Cooper - Shallow shouldn’t have had the biggest jump this week. It should’ve been one of the other entrants. Meghan Trainor - All The Ways should’ve have had the biggest jump instead.

I also don’t agree with the biggest drop. Anne-Marie is a great singer and she shows her talent off of 2002. Unfortunately, we will not see this song much longer.

I’m very happy about our #1 this week. Instead of an old song like Panic! At The Disco - Hey Look Ma, I Made It, we have Jonas Brothers - Sucker. Stay in the #1 spot as long as you’d like.

How is Charli Puth - The Way I Am still here? It should’ve left a long time ago. It was in/near the bottom 5 since back in 2018. It spent most of its tenure in/near the bottom.

Imagine Dragons - Bad Liar finally made it to the top 10. Hopefully, it’ll have a better run than Machine.

Kelsy Karter - Harry thankfully will be leaving the countdown soon enough.

Twenty One Pilots - Chlorine still being in the top 20 is unacceptable. This song needs to drop out of the countdown.

Yungblud/Halsey/Travis Barker - 11 Minutes, Madison Beer - Hurts Like Hell, and LSD/Lil Wayne - Genius all dropped in their 2nd week. I guess that’s what happens sometimes when songs debut on a 7 exit week.

As far as the exits go, Sabrina Carpenter - Sue Me didn’t deserve to leave. Even though Almost Love is better, Sue Me also also a great song. Too bad Sabrina Carpenter gets underrated. Backstreet Boys - Don’t Go Breaking My Heart, on the other hand deserved to leave. It’s really old and IDK how much I have it last longer. Good riddance.
